Cancellation Policy
I charge for the full service price, unless you’ve contacted me to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible if you’re unable to make your appointment time and I will reschedule you If gloss genius processes your payment on the day of your service and it is declined. Your appointment is automatically canceled. You will not be booking again unless your service is paid upfront.
